Personal
Born in Le Mans (France) on March 3, 1977.
French (U.S.A. Permanent Resident Status)
Research Interests
I am a marine biogeochemist and a microbe hunter. I am generally interested in environmental factors controlling aquatic microbial communities
structure and function. My past research focused on iron bioavailability to aquatic bacterioplankton and algae. Currently, my research work consists in
studying the distribution of harmful cyanobacteria and their toxins in Californian water bodies (Clear Lake, Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, Klamath) and
in characterizing the environmental drivers that control cyanobacteria abundance and toxin production in these systems.
